Let's start with the good: the hair looks very alive. I feel as if you captured the motion of the wind tossing it across the woman's face quite spectacularly. Charcoal is one of my favorite mediums and is also sometimes difficult to work with. I think you made the best with your materials and the final product is very nice (:
What needs work: I feel this piece would have had a lot more impact if we could see more of the woman's face. While the hair looks good, it completelty covers her expression and thus the expression of the piece is muted.

Overall you did a swell job, but just alter your vision a little more, maybe change the angle or move some hair so you can see mroe of the face to give the piece more life that the animation can further accent. That would make this just absolutely stunning. Keep up the good work and best of luck to you!
